Residetape of Lyon Confluence
The accommodations
The studios of this Résidétape offer a surface area from 20 m² to 25m². The decoration is sober and combines practicality and elegance. Carefully chosen, the furniture is multifunction and the storage areas are tailor-made to optimize your living space. We have thought about everything: tableware, bedding sheets, household appliances… All you need to do is to settle in!
At Résidétape, you pay an all-inclusive fee covering your rent as well as all utility bills (water, electricity, heating, …). At the residence of Lyon Confluence, it ranges from 505€ to 68€ for a studio.
Depending on your situation, you will be able to apply for personalised housing benefits (French “APL”). The amount you will get depends on your income. Our flats are primarily allocated to applicants sponsored by our partners: mainly the national government, the city council, and Action Logement.

The neighbourhood, the city
La Confluence is the new district of the hypercentre of Lyon. Located South of the Perrache train station, this neighbourhood has changed considerably over the past few years. It is today one of the emblematic districts of the city.
This is a place of leisure where you can work and live. A 10 minutes’ walk takes you to all the necessary facilities. The Confluence Museum, shopping centre and park are amongst the most emblematic sites of the district.
The district is well-served by public transport: tramway, bus stops and Perrache train station are all close by. A river shuttle on the Saône even allows you to reach the Vieux Lyon district!
The residence
The Résidétape Lyon Confluence is labelled WWF, for its environmental quality. It offers 125 fully furnished and equipped studios. A shared common space, the Open Space, is at your disposal to work/study, relax or meet your neighbours in each residence. You can benefit from handy services such as a launderette 7 days a week, secured bicycle parking spaces and a WIFI access with a preferential rate.
Our staff is made of the residence manager and a social advisor who are here to assist you Monday to Friday.
